1、 Classification by substrate
According to the basic material course, it is divided into cotton cloth base, synthetic fiber base and fiber base. Among them, the cotton fabric base includes plain cloth, bleached cloth, dyed plain cloth based artificial leather, canvas based artificial leather, knitted cloth based artificial leather and pilling cloth based artificial leather;
The synthetic fiber base includes nylon spinning polyurethane artificial leather and wet single coated polyurethane artificial leather; Fiber base includes paper-based PVC artificial leather and non-woven fabric based artificial leather.
2、 Classification by production method
1. Direct coating and scraping
The glue is scraped directly on the pretreated base cloth with a scraper, then the plasticizer is then gelatinized and plasticized, and then finished by the process of embossing and cooling.
2. Transfer coating and scraping process
The transfer slow scraping method is also called indirect slow scraping method. The carrier used is release paper or stainless steel strip, so it can be divided into release paper method and steel strip method.
3. Calendering and laminating
According to the formula requirements, the resin, plasticizer and other compounding agents are metered and evenly mixed in the kneader. After being plasticized in the internal mixer or extruder, they are sent to the two roll or four roll calender to form the required thickness and width of the film, which is bonded with the pre heated base cloth, and then embossed and cooled to obtain the finished product.
4. Extrusion and lamination
The resin, plasticizer and other compounding agents are mixed evenly in the kneading machine, and then the film is extruded into a certain thickness and width by the extruder after being plasticized. Then the film is bonded with the preheated base cloth on the two roll shaping machine, and then preheated, coated, embossed and cooled to obtain the finished product.
5. Leather making with round mesh coating
Using the scraper, the emulsion polyvinyl chloride paste resin, which is prepared by the formula, is coated on the cloth base by artificial leather.
6. Wet synthetic leather
This law is aimed at the lower law. For the definition, please refer to poly (phthalamide) artificial leather. This method is suitable for the production of wet polyurethane leathers and polyamine leathers.
